**Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our South Canberra store. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of the store, achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and driving operational excellence. Your expertise will help us deliver a world-class shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs
  • Monitor store sales and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Manage store costs, including wage control, stock levels, and shrinkage reduction
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and achieve personal growth
  • Ensure effective OH&S management and adhere to state and national legislation
