Job Description:

We are seeking a Retail Store Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail management and be able to lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates.

This role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving company KPIs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Retail Store Leader will also be responsible for managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and employee scheduling.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
