  • Lead and motivate teams to exceed sales goals through a positive selling culture.
  • Train teams to deliver exceptional customer service and styling.
  • Ensure stores consistently meet visual merchandising standards.
  • Complete operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock and financial management.
  • Celebrate customers by ensuring they feel empowered and confident in their purchases.
  • Develop and execute strategies that amplify business results.
  • Mentor & motivate teams to embody the brand and lifestyle.

About This Role

  • Previous experience in the fashion retail industry, preferably in a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor role.
  • A proactive & enthusiastic approach to lead the team to success.

  • A passion for customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
