About the Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled gardening professional to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including planting, weeding, pruning, and watering of plants, lawn mowing, edging, and turf care to maintain lush green spaces, as well as preparing soil and mulch for optimal growth and aesthetics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planting, weeding, pruning, and watering of plants
  • Lawn mowing, edging, and turf care to maintain lush green spaces
  • Preparing soil and mulch for optimal growth and aesthetics
  • Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
  • FOLLOWING safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
  • Supporting your Team Leader and working effectively with your crew
Requirements

We are looking for an individual who has experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance, is physically fit – able to lift, bend, kneel, and work in all weather conditions, reliable, motivated, and team-focused.

The successful candidate will also need to have:

  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • White Card
