**Job Overview**

At Clicks IT Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead our clients' digital transformation initiatives.

Based in NSW, this contract position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

2. Technical Expertise: Design and implement Salesforce solutions using best practices and industry standards.

3. Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solution blueprints.

4. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

5. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the Salesforce ecosystem to drive innovation and improvement.
