Electrical Estimator Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team.

This is a key role that involves preparing accurate estimates and quotations for a diverse range of clients and projects.

You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to scope, cost, and deliver competitive, compliant, and timely submissions.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical and communications services.

Experience in Audio Visual and Security systems will be highly regarded.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and quotations for electrical and communications projects.
    • Develop Standing Offer Arrangement proposals.
    • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify project requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, WHS regulations, and quality systems.
    • Interpret multidisciplinary drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
    • Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' estimating experience in electrical and communications services.
  • Audio Visual and Security experience advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Conest, Microsoft Office Suite, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • High-level competency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
