About The Role

We are seeking an Estimator with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Electrical and Communications Services. Experience in Audio Visual and Security systems will be highly regarded. This role involves preparing accurate estimates, quotations, and Standing Offer Arrangement proposals for a diverse range of clients and projects.

You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and our internal teams to scope, cost, and deliver competitive, compliant, and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and quotations for electrical and communications projects.
  • Develop Standing Offer Arrangement proposals.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, WHS regulations, and Stowe quality systems.
  • Interpret multidisciplinary drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.

Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years' estimating experience in electrical and communications services.
  • Audio Visual and Security experience advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Conest, Microsoft Office Suite, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • High-level competency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
