About the Job

We're seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our Parts Department, driving operational efficiency and exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute processes and procedures that align with our commitment to excellence.
  • Create branch-specific initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Maintain high employee knowledge of and adherence to Parts processes, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and inventory management.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and collaborate with employees to resolve systemic problems.
  • Optimize workflow and costs by managing staffing levels, training technicians, and maximizing productivity.
About You
  • Proven leadership experience in a parts-related role, demonstrating strong leadership abilities and a commitment to operational excellence.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving satisfaction through effective Parts department management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships and foster a cohesive team environment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset to motivate and mentor team members toward achieving departmental goals.
  • Familiarity with parts management in a busy shop environment, preferably within agriculture or related industries.
