Job Description:

As a leader in our parts department, you will play a pivotal role in driving exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This involves translating division priorities into actionable objectives for the team and developing branch-specific processes to improve profitability.

You will be responsible for ensuring employees are knowledgeable of and adhere to parts processes and procedures. Additionally, you will monitor customer satisfaction and collaborate with colleagues to resolve systemic problems.
