We're an Australian-owned company with a global presence, renowned for our Toyota HiAce and Coaster 4WD conversion products, accessories, and parts. Our team is passionate about going the extra mile to deliver exceptional results for our customers.
We're currently expanding our premises, service offerings, and sales channels both domestically and internationally. This growth journey has created new opportunities for talented individuals to join our direct sales team as Sales Representatives.
The Role:
As a key member of our direct sales team, you'll be responsible for providing expert knowledge and outstanding customer service to our Leisure, SME, and Used Vehicle customers. You'll work closely with the Head of Client Solutions to grow sales and maintain relationships with our current customer base.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for vehicle sales to Leisure, SME & Used Vehicle customers.
- Assist with managing large Corporate and Government customers.
- Maintain relationships with our existing customer base.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an organized pipeline.
- Attend client site visits to gather relevant information and understand customer needs.
- Support Marketing and Administrative Activities.
- Participate in tradeshows and conferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and technical advancements to provide accurate and timely information to customers.

- Previous experience and success in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a 4x4, automotive, manufacturing, or related industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach and a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
- A valid driver's license is required for test drives and potential travel to customer sites.
