New Business Developer

We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team at Ausco Modular.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in sales and business development.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing relationships with potential customers, sourcing new leads and working closely with internal teams to drive business growth.
The successful candidate will have prior B2B sales experience, strong analytical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
They will also be comfortable working autonomously, have strong time management skills and be dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities- Develop relationships with potential customers and proactively hunt for new business.
- Source and generate new leads to build a portfolio from scratch.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, hire, project management) to support business development and client success.
- Prior B2B sales experience is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with strong time management skills.
