About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a PhD or Professional Doctorate in Education, Primary/Early Years English, or a relevant discipline, along with an appropriate teaching qualification in Primary Education. NSW Teacher Accreditation, Queensland Teacher Registration and/or equivalent state/territory registration will be highly regarded. You will also need to demonstrate a keen interest in education research, proven experience in initial teacher education for Primary/Early Years English, and a strong commitment to cultural diversity and equity.
As an ideal candidate, you will have a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. You will also need to possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
