About the Opportunity
We seek a Senior Lecturer in Education – Primary English who will contribute to the Faculty through student-centred teaching practice and development in Primary and early years English. As a Senior Lecturer, you will:
- Provide high-quality teaching, educational design, and delivery in line with University policies and guidelines.
- Lead teaching and learning initiatives at the Senior Lecturer level, enhancing the student learning experience through a learning-centred approach, technology adoption, and flexible delivery modes.
- Contribute to innovative curriculum development and engage in the scholarship of teaching to inform and improve teaching practices.
- Contribute to the Faculty's research profile through publications, successful grant applications, and leadership in research activities.
- Supervise HDR students, mentor early career researchers, and engage in scholarly activities that support curriculum design and development.
- Collaborate with other Faculties and external stakeholders, supervise undergraduate honours students, and contribute to administrative and Faculty-wide activities.
