Palliative Care Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a multidisciplinary team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Palliative Care Unit at Gosford Hospital.
- This role requires strong clinical leadership skills, particularly in acute care settings, to deliver evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diverse teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
To be successful in this position, you will require:
- A strong background in clinical leadership, with experience in managing teams and delivering high-quality patient care.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and manage staff.
