Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team at Quinns Beach. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to children, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Ensure the centre is maintained in a safe and healthy environment
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation of the centre
  • Build and maintain relationships with families, staff, and regulatory bodies

Requirements

  • Current and valid Working With Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS)
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team of educators
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
