Assistant Service Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and confident leader to join our team as a 2IC Service Manager at Busy Bees Quinns Beach. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care services to our children and families.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Service Manager in the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staffing, parent communications, and daily routines.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care and education to our children.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to develop and implement centre-wide initiatives and programs that promote quality and excellence in early childhood education.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that align with the National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our families, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) recognized by ACECQA.
- Current Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
- First Aid Certification, including asthma and anaphylaxis training.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve issues.
