Essential Qualifications and Skills
- A current and valid Working With Children Check
- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS)
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of Educators
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills and Knowledge
- Experience in a leadership or management role in early childhood education
- Skills in budgeting and financial planning
- Ability to utilize relevant software for management and communication
- A commitment to ongoing training and development
