Job Summary:

  • This role oversees daily RTO operations, ensuring training meets industry benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage training delivery and maintain compliance with ASQA and VET standards.
  • Expand course offerings, lead a team of educators, and foster strong client relationships to drive growth.
  • Ensure training services remain strategically aligned with industry needs while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Job Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in healthcare training and RTO management.
  • In-depth knowledge of VET compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and expanding training programs.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Skilled in budget management and achieving financial targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and contribute to organisational direction.
  • Effective negotiator with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Process-driven with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business technologies.
  • Professional communicator, able to represent the organisation with credibility across the industry.
