Bring Your Expertise to the Forefront of Water Infrastructure
Aurecon is seeking a highly skilled Technical Director to lead our NSW Water Engineering Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise and guidance on civil water infrastructure projects, including investigations, studies, design, and construction phase technical advice.
Some of the key clients you will have the opportunity to work with include Water Infrastructure NSW/WaterNSW, Department of Planning, Industry and Environment (DPIE), Hunter Water, and Sydney Water.
As a Technical Director, you will act as the senior member of the engineering team, providing mentoring and support to foster ongoing capability building. You will also have the opportunity to continue your own ongoing learning and professional development, further build eminence, and enhance your technical skills in civil engineering and design management.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have hands-on experience in Civil Engineering and relevant experience delivering concept and detailed design of water and wastewater infrastructure (pipelines and pump stations). You will also need to have strong internal and external stakeholder management experience, a can-do attitude, and a strong team player who works well in an agile and collaborative environment.
