This will be the largest funded private equity build in Western Australia for the last 30 years.Over the coming decade we will expand T1 International, and build new domestic terminal facilities, a parallel runway, two multi-storey carparks and our first airport hotel.
This will deliver one airport for the people of Western Australia which will host all flight services in a central location giving passengers a seamless, world-class travel experience.The Perth Airport estate is spread over 2100 hectares and has developed a $1.5 billion portfolio of existing industrial premises and significant vacant land holdings.We service a truly diverse community and play an important role in strengthening cultural, family and social bonds while supporting business, tourism and leisure travel.We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Safety Business Partner to join our WHS Team.What You'll DoProvide expert WHS advice and support across Perth Airport business units and projectsDevelop, implement and maintain WHS systems, policies and procedures in line with legislationLead and support risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety planning initiativesDeliver WHS training and mentoring to internal teams and external stakeholdersConduct audits, inspections and assurance activities to monitor safety performanceCollaborate with contractors to ensure safe delivery of works and compliance with WHS standardsAnalyse WHS data to identify trends and drive continuous improvementFacilitate WHS meetings and contribute to strategic safety initiativesAbout YouTertiary qualified in WHS with 5 or more years experience in complex operational environmentsStrong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management practicesQualified in conducting complex ICAM and Taproot investigationsFormal training and assessment qualifications (desirable)Confident communicator who builds trust and collaborates effectively across diverse teamsProactive, adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a teamCommitted to achieving results with integrity and a passion for safety leadershipExperienced in developing and delivering WHS training and inductionsAbout UsWe offer a dynamic and supportive team culture, a contemporary workplace with great facilities and a modern approach to work/life integration.
