About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to projects that make an impact and protect our steady growth. This Quality Assurance Associate will play a critical role in ensuring our healthcare products meet the highest standards through effective quality control processes, rigorous technical documentation, precise project management, and collaborative relationships with suppliers and external manufacturers.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and evaluate quality control processes for regulatory compliance
  • Prepare, review, and manage technical documentation for product innovations and ongoing project support
  • Manage project milestones and timelines with precision and timely execution
  • Collaborate with suppliers and external manufacturers to ensure compliance and project success
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and efficiency within the team
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or a related science field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the food, FMCG or pharmaceutical industries
  • Experience within a GMP-regulated environment is valuable
  • Strong project management skills and ability to resolve problems creatively
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a focused and pressured environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, work within a team and show relentless commitment
  • Results-driven with willingness to take calculated risks and possess an entrepreneurial spirit
