About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Quality Control Specialist.

This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring our policies, procedures, and standards are being applied correctly across operational activity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ongoing monitoring of how our people fulfill their Financial Crime obligations—assessing AML and ECDD functions and reporting any compliance gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and verify that all activities meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate closely with senior analysts to uphold our QC standards across various business groups.
  • Contribute to collaboration sessions, forums, and working groups that help shape our processes.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of QC or Financial Crime Operations, experience in a similar position, and a solid grasp of AML investigations and reporting.

Your skills include:

  • Expertise in QC or Financial Crime Operations.
  • Experience in AML/CTF compliance, enhanced customer due diligence, and customer exits.
  • Familiarity with regulatory responsibilities and the importance of accuracy.
  • Curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to meaningful work.
