Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is a key position in ensuring that all products meet the required safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality control procedures and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits across production lines, facilities, and raw materials to guarantee seamless integration of our manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, and other industry standards for optimal results.
  • Coordinate product testing and analyze results to drive continuous improvements and enhance overall product quality.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality control systems, training programs, and internal auditing protocols to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Report non-conformance and manage corrective actions as required to prevent recurrence and maintain our high standards.
  • Maintain thorough records of inspections, tests, and quality control procedures to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in a mid-senior level role.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and relevant food safety standards; experience supplying to major retailers is highly regarded.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to effectively identify and address quality issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food testing methodologies and laboratory practices is a plus.
