About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Hair and Beauty Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their hair and beauty needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on premium hair and beauty products to meet client goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized shopping experiences and exceptional customer service.
  • Drive sales growth by leveraging product knowledge, creativity, and enthusiasm to engage customers and promote our products.
  • Collaborate with the salon team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Prior retail or beauty industry experience is an asset but not essential – we welcome applicants who possess a genuine passion for hair and beauty and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with premium hair and beauty products and services is a plus.
