At our retail store, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in hair and beauty products.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for conducting personalized consultations with customers to understand their hair and beauty needs. You will then use this knowledge to recommend products that meet their specific requirements. This role will involve working closely with our team of experts to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment.

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and promoting our premium products. You will be required to build relationships with customers and provide them with expert advice on how to achieve their hair and beauty goals.

Additionally, you will contribute to an inspiring store environment through creative merchandising and support the salon team as required to deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a passion for hair and beauty, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop your product knowledge. Previous retail or beauty industry experience is valuable but not essential – what matters most is your eagerness to learn and grow within our dynamic team.
