Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team in Melbourne. This is an on-going casual role offering flexible hours with the potential for a regular schedule.

About the Job
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with staff and customers, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage inquiries and provide updates on purchase orders, fostering strong relationships with current customers and suppliers.
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounts department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain a safe working environment through OH&S consultations, upholding the highest standards of workplace safety.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in the healthcare industry, providing administrative support and customer service. Ideal candidates possess experience in customer service, outstanding computer literacy skills, and flexibility to work 5 days/40 hours a week.
