**Job Title:** Casual Customer Service Officer

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled customer service professional to join our team. As a casual customer service officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and members across various service desk offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service through membership sales and renewals, Point of Sales transactions, casual court hire bookings, and learn-to-swim enrolments.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain effective relationships with colleagues, members and customers, advising on administrative and service responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Completed Year 12 or relevant certificate, with relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training.
