We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver administrative tasks and ensure seamless service provision.
The key responsibilities include:
- Resident placement coordination
- Employee services management
- Concierge, reception, and administrative duties
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, and previous experience in a similar role. They will also demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, as well as be proactive, diplomatic, and able to reassure customers and residents.
