Job Description

As a Senior Facilities Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for one of our client sites. Your responsibilities will include overseeing facility maintenance management and safety programs, as well as managing performance metrics in accordance with account KPIs.

Your Day-to-Day

  1. Develop strong working relationships with all personnel and external service providers to fulfill your role. Work with building management, supervisors, and contractors to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Assist in preparing, monitoring, and updating the Annual Opex and Capex program and budgets in conjunction with the client and other team members.
  3. Coordinate general maintenance requests and ensure all work orders are completed within agreed SLAs. Assist in managing contractor site inductions.
  4. Collate monthly and quarterly reports. Attend to client service requests, including key issues, outcomes of tenancy inspections, project status, and project pipeline.
  5. Provide assistance to colleagues and team members during busy periods or relief during holiday breaks or sick leave.

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in professional services or the banking sector is highly regarded.
  • A technical background in a trade or facilities is preferred, with M&E knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Outlook skills.
