We are seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Building Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as building management, facility management, communication with stakeholders, building maintenance, and budgeting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the building, including facilities management, maintenance, and repairs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including tenants, employees, and contractors.
- Budget and manage resources to ensure optimal use of facilities.
- Maintain high standards of building maintenance and repair.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
To be successful as a Building Manager at Katalyst Facilities Management, you will need:
- Education and Qualifications:
- A degree in building management or a related field.
- Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in building operations and maintenance.
- Certifications and Licenses:
- A valid driver's license and any other relevant certifications or licenses.
