The YMCA WA is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at the Port Hedland ELC. This is a full-time permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

**Salary and Benefits**

The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of $71,643 - $92,196, plus a remote allowance of $5.61 per hour, 11.5% superannuation, and access to corporate healthcare discounts up to 8%. You will also be entitled to generous relocation assistance, subsidised housing, and discounted childcare up to 70% per day.

**Job Description**

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective learning programs for children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with our team of educators to promote 'School ReadY' and ensure compliance with national regulations. Your role will involve engaging with children and families, managing classroom environments, and contributing to the overall success of the centre.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. You must be passionate about early years education and have experience developing learning programs for young children. A strong understanding of 'National Education and Care Services Regulations 2012, NQF & EYLF' is essential, as well as the ability to obtain necessary certifications, such as HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and Working with Children check.
