Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at the YMCA WA Port Hedland Early Learning Centre. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging and educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement learning programs that meet the needs and interests of children
  • Manage compliance with National Education and Care Services Regulations 2012, NQF & EYLF
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve centre goals and objectives
  • Engage with families and communicate effectively about children's progress
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform teaching practices


Requirements:



  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
  • Passion for early years education and commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 years and knowledge of EYLF and NQF
  • Ability to obtain a HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate, National Police Clearance and Working with Children check
