Job Title:

Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments of new materials to ensure occupational health and manual handling compliance.
  • Perform microbiological risk assessments on raw materials and determine sampling frequencies for quality control.
  • Execute quality control measures, including chemical testing and calibration of equipment, to release raw materials and finished products.
  • Carry out laboratory testing, such as chemical analysis of effluent water and storm water, microbiological testing of raw materials and finished products, and enzyme analysis of dust papers.
Key Skills:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Chemistry.
  • Experience in Quality and/or Analytical laboratory work.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
