We're looking for a highly skilled Warehouse Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the quality and quantity of goods are controlled through detailed inspection processes.
  • Maintaining accurate quality data using relevant software and implementing preventative measures to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Reviewing processes, isolating errors, and verifying correct procedures to meet quality standards.
  • Analyzing internal and external errors, including customer complaints, using root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
  • Creating and maintaining relevant documents according to ISO standards.

Your Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse quality assurance, preferably in regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and other relevant regulatory standards.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Ability to manage CAPA, deviation reports, and change control processes.
  • Skill in conducting internal audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
