Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and confident individual to provide critical support to our Managing Director, Chairman, and Operations Manager.

This is not a routine EA role. You'll be the right-hand partner to a dynamic, fast-moving Managing Director with big ideas and an equally big workload. Your role is to bring the calm, the structure, and the foresight that keeps the business moving smoothly.

We are looking for someone who is assertive yet tactful, exceptionally organised, intuitive and discreet, resilient and proactive, and warm and professional.

As an Executive Assistant, you will have real ownership and influence in this pivotal role where your impact is felt every day. You will also gain national travel opportunities, scholarships for children/grandchildren, wellness programs, team events, and daily lunches.
