We are seeking a seasoned Senior People Partner to join our Supply Chain unit, driving business outcomes through strategic people initiatives.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful people strategies, leveraging your expertise in talent management, leadership development, and change implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing organization-wide change programs to drive cultural transformation">
  • Developing and executing talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent">
  • Partnering with leaders to build leadership capabilities across the talent pipeline">
  • Providing actionable insights and analytics to inform business decisions">
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and communicating effectively across the organization">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar Senior People Partnering role, with a track record of delivering business outcomes">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders">
  • Expertise in designing and implementing organizational change programs, with a focus on driving cultural transformation">
  • Experience with talent management, leadership development, and change implementation">
  • Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity">
  • Comfort with negotiation and conflict resolution">
