  • Manage service delivery agents to maintain exceptional customer service standards.
  • Develop strategic policies, procedures, and project documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders such as WA Police and the Department of Justice, providing expert advice, and resolving complex issues to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
