Intuit Inc. is a global leader in financial technology, empowering individuals and businesses to thrive. We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our Revenue Operations team as a Principal of Revenue Growth.

This strategic role will partner with our Head of Australia GTM to optimize our Go-To-Market strategy, driving revenue growth and operational effectiveness across our customer-facing teams. You'll design experimentation plans, collaborate with Analytics to track results, and lead growth programs to accelerate our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Head of Australia GTM to establish a clear vision and mission for our sales team.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to maximize motion effectiveness.
  • Set clear metrics and establish a regular cadence to track progress.
  • Manage key strategic motion projects, providing clear communication and leadership.
  • Partner with leaders to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to evaluate process improvements and track program progress.
  • Build and present leadership updates on learnings and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a management consulting firm and 2-5 years of experience in an in-house operational/strategy role (ideally with a SaaS company).
  • Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience driving strategic planning activities, launching cross-functional initiatives, and analyzing data from various sources.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights.
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with a big-picture perspective.
