About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reconciling and processing staff Rosters and Timesheets using Kronos, Preceda, Oracle suite, and Excel reporting and analytics.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile end-to-end fortnightly pay cycles.
  • Calculate and complete periodic payments of salaries and wages for employees.
  • Manage payroll records of new starters, current, and terminated/departed employees.
  • Provide high-level support to the business.

To Be Successful in This Role:

  • At least 3 years of end-to-end payroll experience in a medium to large company.
  • A high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
