Overview

  • The role of Customer Enablement Lead is critical in driving education with customers and strategic partners.

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop targeted enablement plans and facilitate implementation with our resources.

As a trusted advisor, you will advocate our technology through education to increase adoption.

Australia's focus on information and analytics has fueled growth and success in our operations.

A significant footprint is present across Australian Government agencies, requiring customer education and enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our function and meet with customers and account teams.
  • Participate in local and international training and meetings.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of our technology and roadmap.
  • Proven customer relationship skills, 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Understanding of Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Security clearance desirable, but sensitivity about data and solutions is mandatory.
