As a Technical Account Manager, you will have the pleasure of leveraging both your technical and communication skills to help our customers achieve their full potential through the adoption of our technology.
The role is focused on driving outcomes, not just activity, helping our customers to effectively consume and gain value from our solutions.
You will interact daily with your assigned customers and make a real impact in their success as a business.
Success in this role includes completing a well-organized five-week onboarding plan, developing and maintaining deep technical knowledge and skills for a given technology area, articulating long-term and short-term customer goals, establishing a long-term relationship with customers, and providing project leadership and architectural guidance.
The work involves collaborating with the broader account team and specialists to deliver technology roadmaps and assessments, provide solution guidance and best practices review, optimize operations, and provide industry insights and benchmarking.
