  • Providing generalist advice to line managers on HR matters.

  • Employee relations, including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Recruitment and onboarding processes that attract and retain top talent.
  • Interpreting industrial tools and contracts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Supporting learning and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
For this position, we are looking for an individual with:
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Generalist HR experience with a proven track record of success.
  • A contemporary approach to HR Management, leveraging best practices to drive results.
  • Complex workforce matter handling skills to navigate challenging situations.
  • An understanding of full employee life cycle activities, from recruitment to separation.
