Clinical Research Associate: A Key Role in Shaping the Future of Clinical Development

Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in the success of our clinical trials. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth conduct of studies, maintaining high standards of quality and adhering to regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including site management, data management, and biostatistics, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your ability to think critically and solve problems effectively will be essential in resolving study-related issues.

Our clinical research associates are embedded with one client, working remotely across Australia. This allows for flexibility and autonomy while ensuring close collaboration with the client's team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant health/life science field
  • At least 2 years of monitoring experience within a CRO/Pharma environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a remote team
