A key role in our organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning functions. As the MERL Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering robust data-driven programs that drive performance and impact.

You will lead a small team, fostering an inclusive environment and collaborating with partners to deliver contextually grounded insights that support continuous improvement and effective humanitarian action.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of program leadership, ensuring humanitarian supplies reach the right people at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the MERL Framework and Plan
