Security Monitoring Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and keen individual to join our Security Centre as a Security Monitoring Specialist.

The role involves processing alarm signals and events received from customers monitored systems, answering incoming calls and processing customer requests, providing monitoring support to other centres as required, and maintaining adherence to Compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include effectively communicating with internal and external customers, working with and supporting different areas within the business, including customers and management.

Requirements include excellent customer service and communication skills, call centre experience, computer literacy, shift work experience, and the ability to adhere to Standard Works, Standard Operating Procedures or Work Instructions.

Applicants should hold a Security licence and/or be able to obtain and maintain one, have a National Police clearance, and demonstrate a reputation for caring and professional service to clients and their associated contacts.
