As a Store Manager, you will inspire confidence in your team and lead them to build authentic customer connections, making customers feel empowered and glamorous.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and inspiring high-performing teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Driving store performance through effective inventory management and stock control.
- Managing rosters and wages with a focus on performance-based rostering.
- Recruiting top talent aligned with the brand and values, providing an excellent welcome, training, and induction experience.
Requirements include:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in fashion.
- Exceptional customer service and styling skills.
- Proven ability to drive results and achieve exceptional sales figures.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on business performance.
- Ability to make informed decisions based on best outcomes for the business.
- Experience in leading, recruiting, and developing high-performing teams.
