Job Title: Retail Store Leader

About the Opportunity:

This exciting role is for an experienced retail leader who shares our passion for creating a fun, customer-focused atmosphere while achieving sales targets.

As Retail Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading your team to achieve sales goals, training and developing staff to reach their full potential, and maintaining store standards through effective visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to help them reach their full potential
  • Maintain store standards with visual merchandising that inspires and excites customers
  • Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for both team members and customers
  • Manage the store roster to align with trading hours and sales goals
What We Require:
  • Proven leadership experience in retail, preferably with a fashion focus
  • Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs while managing operational costs
  • Strong visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail
  • A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for coaching a team
