About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Improvement Officer to join our team at Central Coast Council. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in identifying and implementing system and process improvements that support service delivery to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities for improvement
  • Design and implement system solutions to support business process improvements
  • Provide training and support to staff on new systems and processes
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business process improvements and system solutions
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Improvement Officer who has a strong background in business process improvement and system implementation. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

You will have a strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies and tools, as well as experience in designing and implementing system solutions. You will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities for improvement.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary range of $69.5k to $99.5k per annum, plus market allowance of up to $5,000, and 11% superannuation.
