About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Improvement Officer to join our team at Central Coast Council. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in identifying and implementing system and process improvements that support service delivery to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business systems and process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Design and implement change management plans to support the delivery of projects
  • Provide quality customer service and create value for the community

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in IT projects and system configuration
  • Proven project management skills, with a track record of successfully implementing a broad range of projects
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for sharing knowledge and expertise, while also learning from others
