Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities for improvement
  • Design and implement effective change management plans to support the delivery of projects
  • Provide quality customer service and create value for the community
About You

We are looking for a business improvement specialist with experience in IT projects and system configuration. You will have a proven track record of successfully implementing a broad range of projects and have a strong understanding of change management principles.

You will be an experienced project manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and be able to balance your life with flexible working arrangements and a 9-day fortnight.
